The mobile app is also great for employees who use personal vehicles for work. When working the app is tracking mileage which can be used for reimbursement or to validate submitted mileage reports.
SOS - Emergency
The app includes an SOS function that can be set to alert dispatchers through the web portal, send emails, etc. The SOS function provides another layer of safety by alerting others and sharing their location on the same map with fleet tracking and telematics technology. Always call 911. The app is not monitored by emergency services and is not for lifesaving applications.
Fleet Upgrade
The phone tracking app can be used in conjunction with a wide variety of GPS tracking technology for fleets. Traditional GPS trackers can be installed in vehicles, equipment and assets and viewed together with the mobile app tracking service in the same UI.
